Auto Italia Holdings Limited (the “Company”) (Stock code : 720) is incorporated in Bermuda on 11 December 1989 as an exempted company with limited liability and its shares are listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 16 July 1991. The Company was changed the Company name to “AUTO ITALIA HOLDINGS LIMITED 意達利控股有限公司”effective in September 2012.

The principal activity of the Company is investment holding. Its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the marketing and distribution, and provision of after-sales service of Italian branded cars in China, property investment, life sciences investment and provision of financing.
